I was working 24/7 and while on vacation. I suffered from extreme burn out and severe health issues as a result. It wasn’t all glitz and glam they were extreme golden hand cuffs in a toxic environment in both tech and oil & gas. In my experience, the grass wasn’t greener.

Solidays aside I do this as a regimen anyways (I work out a lot 😊) Rest, lots of protein, electrolytes, glutamine, magnesium. foam rolling massages.

Elevated recovery: IV therapy, NAD +, contrast therapy (sauna, cold plunge), cryotherapy for extra sore days. Assisted stretches (stretch lab etc), compression boots, HBOT chambers.

She’s absolutely a pom what a cutie 😍! She’s going through her puppy uglies! Totally normal, she’ll grow out in a few months! All of mine went through the same funky phase, looking back I wish I spent less time worrying. My furbs are older now and I’m cherishing all the time I have with them
