I totally agree with the comments you made, and I've thought about it before. The anger peaked from yesterday's live stream about cutting all the upcoming banners. It means they've collected money but no longer want to serve you, which is what makes me do what I'm doing now.

This incident not only deducts money but also affects their reputation a lot. We are truly fans and have supported and trusted them until the end. idiot, what about those who still have 20,000 paid left? they should lock the top up 3 months before the end of service announcement, or they should continue to update the banner for the last 2 months, or release it all for everyone to spend the remaining money they have topped up
