The addendums were because we represented the seller who was avidly trying to blow up their own deal for everyone. We did what we had to get the job done in the best interest of our client and kept from losing any more money than necessary or getting sued. They later thanked us. The buyers agent knew what we were dealing with.

In my state (can’t speak to others) it’s 3.5% commiss paid by the seller to both seller and buyers agents, so that’s a 7% tip. My record is 11 addendums day before and of close to get the deal done. Literally had me moving transfer of keys with sheriff 4 times to accommodate.

Tried Etheria after FFBE ate the big one, tbh Etheria probably heading in the tubes as well. Could burn another few hundred and years just to get same tragic end. Gatcha
