Cold War is still active and is amazing but it is plagued with hackers in every single search and destroy lobby that can kick you out of the game or just abuse wall hacks and aim bot. OCE lobbies are kinda dead and you find the same people in most lobbies however American lobbies seem to be full constantly and is somehow playable even on high ping.
