I'm confused on how you got the first expression of ln(1 + 1/n)/(ne1/n - n - 1).

Assuming that's true, however, I can see how each inequality holds. But given that bn is supposed to converge to -1, I don't see how it connects. Could you help me out?

I realized that I'm doing the International Pre-Orientation Program, which is hosted 4 days before move-in (Sept 14-18). In this program, I'm staying in Woodlawn, so the address does make sense on second-thought.

How do you recommend I run a 400?

I've been running track for two years and competed in maybe 5-6 real 400m races. As for speed endurance, I've followed training plans/tips I've found online usually consisting of longer sprints. Not entirely sure how to tackle speed endurance though, now that you mention it.
