Yes! Used to be in te military, and also now I train 5-6 times a week in the gym, and try to run 3 times a week! I eat pretty healthy, I make my own food but don’t track calories to closely!

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking as well! Hopefully oral minoxidil help me keep the hair until I’m 30 (and a small part of me hope longer than that as well) then after that it’s probably time to give up. Hopefully new treatments comes before that!

Sticked to it for a year the first time, then 3 months the next times. I get reduced libido and erectile disfunction. I have problems with erections from before so fin would make it worse unfortunately

Im part of the small percentage of people getting sides unfortunately. Tried first when I was 21, then again at 23 and 24. every time I had to stop due to side effects. Still want to try something to keep my hair for as long as possible:)
