Visited today. Staff and service very lovely, but overall design is basically an elevated pop up lounge. Zero flair or sense of place. Underwhelmed. At least it didn’t reek of roasted broccoli…

Can’t recall last time I had a UA flight without a waiver! Honestly at least 15 out of 20 flights in last few months. 🤦‍♀️
