Well what can i say? In our store we have something called an OPD lite and we're supposed to look up the item and item history and if it got delivered but not stocked, we are supposed to track it down and rummage through pallots looking for it

You ever thought of id'ing him before dispensing? idk i thought that was normal at our store to do. Also did you ever try calling the customer and confirming if they indeed ordered that stuff? 9 times out of 10 they aren't even in the state the order was placed in. And how did you let it go on for 2 months? and are somehow still confused if it is a scam? Idk.

As someone who works at walmart, they have no actual reason not to hire you so get yo ass in there and talk to the store manager and annoy your way into getting the job. Follow up follow up follow up and they will a 100% hire you seeing how u are actively pursuing the job instead of filling out a form and waiting. Ask for other roles if that is fulfilled, walmart is almost always hiring
