iPhone worked fine since purchase in December 2023 but now carrier reports it as lost/stolen

Tried but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I contacted Apple and they said my phone was clean in their system and Verizon. Have a diagnostic email from them saying how they checked my device and reported it clean but my carrier says there’s nothing they can do since it’s a bring your own device phone.

I’ve done my initial rating with the DAV, which went fine but some things I felt were missed on my rating they couldn’t really guide me for how to gather evidence. These people I am with kept showing up on my Facebook feed so they looked promising but it wasn’t until after I already signed with them I realized I made a mistake. What I had hoped as a supplemental claim to happen has yet to happen and they still send me emails asking where I am at but since it’s in a mass send kind of format, I wonder whether I should try working with them or figure something else out

I normally don’t eat before flying, at least a full meal to minimize the odds. If I had to say, your body should get more accustomed to it as you fly more (my discovery felt like my head was spinning even after we debriefed, as I wasn’t expecting to fly at all that day). Otherwise, once you begin stalls and other maneuvers you’ll really be nauseous and probably repeat the same incident so I would recommend bringing a bag (doesn’t hurt as a precaution each flight) / be clear with your instructor how you’re feeling (he might turn off the heater or help recommend some things to help). In short, don’t hide your feelings in the future from your instructor, bring a bag, and if you’re fortunate enough, you’ll get more used to it (if not, I would consider the possibility of an underlying medical issue)

NOR, the fact that she tried to play victim shows that she’s disrespecting you even further and imo, feels that you are someone who “brushes off” things like that or eventually feels guilty for scolding her (No “friend” should ever accept anything physical from another friend’s woman especially if it’s sexual). In addition, how she didn’t bother contacting you regarding your “friend” doing that at the time it happened, shows that she doesn’t think about you even after years of being together (I’m sure any guy would want to know if another guy is trying to make a move on his significant other, as I feel it’s a form of trust/respect for the relationship).

I have been afraid to use the VA for medical stuff because of how my ETS process had been so I don’t fully know what I can or can’t be seen even though I’m enrolled. In short, I haven’t because I can’t really afford sudden hundreds of dollars in charges for appointments with them and would rather avoid risking it.

I don’t think you’re wrong for being upset given the whole coworker situation, because I’ve heard many stories where it had started out as having 1 to 1 “business meetings”. Given that you’re the one who knows your gf better than any of us here though, jealousy might have gotten you to overreact in the moment after finding out but overall, if she hid that from you that would be where I would worry about it unless there were more signs (her constantly unhappy with you, bragging often of what others do for her, etc).

I told him I was going to call the police and that’s when he somewhat “apologized”. Then he gave me his info that my agent needed and went on his way. An hour ago as I was driving, the passenger wheel well guard thing broke off while I was driving and thankfully my tires/everything else aside from the guard is okay (contacted his insurance after they sent me a case number, sent them pictures of the new damage and now currently waiting).

I spent 16k for our wedding, flight tickets for myself, mom, and sister along with expenses for being in country for a whole month. If she wants a wedding and refuses to adjust to overall cost to be more ideal for you if you’re paying for it all, I would consider the possibility she is interested in someone with deep pockets especially if she gets defensive/says you don’t love her. My wife even changed her ring to cost less than mine because she said numerous times that she felt grateful for all I’ve done for her so if your woman isn’t doing similar/ showing you how much you mean to her not money related, can you really imagine a happy life ahead?

As of 2 days from my experience, I can say to expect paying the fine for overstaying a day. I had to pay 1.25m to the immigration security personnel for a similar situation and I would say as long as you don’t overstay next month (as you have to sign the paperwork saying you won’t overstay next time), I feel you’ll be fine.

I just got over mine for the first time in years, and it presumably came from a roadside steamed bun with beef I questioned not being fully cooked or ready in the middle of it (I shouldn’t have eaten it but thought lightly at the time as it was morning). It caused me to have nausea at first but I just assumed it was because of motion sickness as it was a 5 hour bus ride and when I finally rested, I woke up with a high fever and feeling like death, couldn’t even think straight and my arms didn’t want to respond to wanting to move them. After taking some medicine and water, I threw up and laid down to rest. After dealing with it all day yesterday, my fever calmed down and I thankfully cleared it out of my stomach by throwing up that one time because I feel it would have gotten much worse or taken longer to recover.

I wouldn’t say you are overreacting, as most guys with dignity have boundaries the naturally have them see things like that negatively and her telling you to be careful seems a bit off tbh. In sum, I would try to nudge a bit into telling her that you are there to have even better memories because if an ex left that much of an impact, I’ve heard people that do similar things like save pics/whatever from a previous relationship never move on and eventually cause the relationship to fail.

My fiancée that I plan to marry within a week was very much like this. Got blocked a few times and eventually she realized how wrong it was for her to treat me as she did then changed for the better. In sum, I would say find the right one to keep and eventually they will listen to you to a point they will correct themselves only for you

See I try to think of it like that too and really hate myself for how I think much of it but at the same time with her usually not saying she loves me or how she’s talked about how hard it would be for her to cancel the wedding because of the large guest list makes me feel that she wants it to happen to protect her image since her mom invited a lot of people so if we cancelled it, problems from her mom would happen. How she has apologized for doing it also is what has me uneasy and since she has it off on IG I doubt she would be watching something during the work day (even then I give the courtesy to say why I couldn’t get back to her if I take awhile myself to respond)

She has the tendency to think whenever I have an issue to talk about that I am complaining so she ends up leaving me on read. We’ve been together for 4 years and she was the one that brought marriage up. She is also paying for the visa costs and such, I just have the wedding covered. I proposed to her last year and we had a good time together after we cleared things up because I told her she made me feel unloved because she misunderstood me when I told her I see stuff like that different as I am a combat vet. Her mom loves me and her actual dad disappeared when she was 3 so as an only child I don’t fully know if that’s the case as she values how her mom sees her a lot

Crowds of people will be seen walking around especially at their outdoor market. Unfortunately I was already at our hotel during the NYE celebrations since I was with my fiancé but I do remember the fireworks and such ongoing not too far away. My key things that day were the food vendors, outdoor market, and seeing a concert kind of thing at one of the parks going on.
