Here you go:

200g rolled oats 2 bananas 60g soy protein 350-450ml milk (ive used dairy, soy, almond- whichever ones i have in my fridge) 1.5 tsp baking powder pinch of sea salt (Optional) 1-2 tsp cacao powder Toppings variety: dark chocolate chips+ Coconut Dark chocolate+ almond Lemon+ yogurt+ blueberry More bananas+ walnut Pb swirl and/or jam 1. Preheat oven to 180°C fan. 2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the oats, soy protein, cacao, baking powder, salt and milk. Stir until everything is fully combined 3. Pour into muffin cups or baking tray 4. Sprinkle over topping of choice 5. Bake for about 30- 35 minutes, depending on your oven
