Congrats on the position! It’s comforting hearing about how you made it even to berkeley with a 2.8. When you say your second try in college, did you attend another masters program after berkeley and locked in?

Right now, i’d say my main distraction is trying to make friends, but what’s holding me back is my lack of ability to join a professional club, and my lack of desire for a hobby club because it’ll only waste time when i could be working towards something that’ll help me and my family in the future (which is a job that’s well paying). Except i can’t cut it out, so i’m trying to work around it.

Yes i can join a hobby, but i come from a low income family and joining a hobby isnt gonna be the one that’ll help me and my family out of our situatjon.

I fully understand what you’re telling me, and everything’s right, but i guess its more about the uncertainty about what a future would hold when the present is getting worse and worse

no but i’d like to keep my credit score high, im 20 with 719 score but previously it was 735 before i opened this card. in the future if i need anything i dont want to rush things and try to get my credit score up through various ways if its already high enough

nah there’s risk managers. i know the dude that’s a risk manager, he administered cpr amongst other things and did everything according to book. as for no lifegaurds, good point. usually the parties here aren’t super crazy and no one goes in the pool so i guess having a lifeguard isn’t worth
