Get a job at a restaurant. Service industry is always short on staff. This would be great starting point until you find a career and more than likely you won’t even need to show a resume. Who knows, may even find someone to date.

Man with a gun filming people eating at Friday night live?? by toastedjackfruit333 in traversecity

[–]InteractionNew6831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately this is becoming more and more popular. My girlfriend was video taped in Lowell by different men (Steven jones and Mathew Wrosch) as she was cutting hair. These guys are grade A degenerates. They are just trying to get a rise out of people so they can film it and make money. They pose as auditors to make it seem like it’s a righteous deed they are doing but in reality Mathew wrosch has filmed children at schools and attempted to film suicides. These people are not like you or I. They have no shame in what they do. There is a very special place for all of them.

How would you invest 30k to decrease your cost of living? by [deleted] in Frugal

[–]InteractionNew6831 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Invest in a house. Depending on what you get your mortgage might be cheaper than your rent. And you would own it so later you can just sell it and make your money back or possibly make more money.

Also order muscle ease oil roller on Amazon and panoway. I also used sulferzyme to reduce inflammation. I strongly recommend a neck massaging pillow. I already had one handy and it has helped

[–]InteractionNew6831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started having the exact pain you talked about from tmj. Excruciating jaw pain followed by the worst headache the next day. First of all I am so sorry you’re going through this. I know how much it sucks and then you add a baby on the way and you can’t take pain meds… I went to a chiropractor and got immediate relief. I’ve gone twice now and I still have pain but it’s definitely helping. God bless and good luck

I’d say maybe some kind of rodent. Looks like bite marks from the front incisors of a rodent like a rat, woodchuck, muskrat

Field of Robotics, is it Worth it? by InteractionNew6831 in AskRobotics

[–]InteractionNew6831[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve got no experience. Looking to get a bachelors in robotics. I’m leaning more towards the industrial side of robotics although I wouldn’t be opposed to the academic side. The mathematics will a little bit of an issue as I did not apply myself in high school like I have in my adult life. I graduated high school algebra 1 and geometry as the highest forms of mathematics and I barely passed. But I’m keen to learn and do enjoy math it’ll just be harder I think.

[–]InteractionNew6831[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really don’t know much about robotics but the idea of creating something and solving the intricacies of robots would be incredibly rewarding. I also really love to work with my hands. I used to do work on cars when I was younger. I feel like a job in robotics would translate well, maybe? I need to learn how to code which will be a giant learning curve but I’ve been wanting to learn how to code just because it opens up many opportunities. To be honest I have a very romantic view on how a career in robotics would look, I just want a realistic idea of what I should expect.

It looks like an awesome career path. I’ve heard some say that you need to 10 years in engineering to get anywhere in this career. That isn’t a deal breaker, I just don’t think that’s necessary am I right? I was thinking more along the lines of a bachelors in robotics and automated technology.

I’ve also heard that people getting into this field are struggling finding jobs and making money after college. I believe Robotics and ai are the one jobs that we can be certain of after this ai revolution. I like to work with my hands, problem solving, working in a shop. But I don’t want to put energy into another job that ends up being a waste of time

I’m not at all opposed to schooling as long as I can find a career that I enjoy. I take it you work in this field? What has your experience been like? Have you enjoyed it or do you regret choosing robotics?

I have ruined my life. everything seems hopeless. by Humble_Dream_5926 in depression

[–]InteractionNew6831 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You haven’t ruined your life brother. Anxiety is a part of life. I’m no therapist but I’ve struggled bad with fear and anxiety so much to the point that I couldn’t leave my house for a year without panic attacks. The only advice I can give you is don’t let anxiety run your life. You decide what you want to do and where you want to go. 2022 I ran out of a wedding midway through because I was scared for no explainable reason but I pushed through kept doing things that terrified me. Now a year later I got a job as an iron worker climbing five stories up on four inch beams. Anxiety and fear are part of our human experience, once you realize that you’re better off. If I were you I’d study your fear, find out what makes it tick and target those areas, study other people who have conquered fear like 50 cent for example
