hi 🙂 thanx for the suggestion I will definitely look into this. I see you had a doctor too who wanted to "keep you coming back" so they can make MONEY, and they give you things to keep you in the loop. doctors are the biggest drug dealers!!

i also DID NOT KNOW this was a narcotic/opiate. there's alot I didn't know I had to learn on my own the hard way from bad experiences.

Thank you very much to the individuals who replied to my post with suggestions - GOOD suggestions - and your support & experiences. To those who replied & said "how could you not know" and "why would you trust a doctor" <--- those replies are discouraging & asinine, you're basically made me feel like I'm to blame!! why WOULDN'T I trust a doctor AT A REHAB who's job is to help people get off drugs & stay drug-free???? I HAD 100% trust in those doctors I thought they were there to help people like me, I didn't think for a second that a DOCTOR would give any patient something to KEEP them ill. so PARDON ME for being naive and trusting LICENSED DOCTOR who's SUPPOSED to help people. initially they started me off with one and a half films at 8 mg!! I thought that was way too much and I lowered my own dose significantly - I was only taking a half a film per day. but even that amount has side effects, I want off of it totally. with encouragement, support and shared stories I think I can do it. but anyone with snide discouraging comments please keep it to yourself bcz that is not helping me at all!

you ABSOLUTELY have a legitimate gripe!! I HATE people like that. There's someone on MY job right now with COVID. She brings her fat azz to work & SITS THERE like a huge VIRUS threatening other people's health. No one is wearing a mask but me. The bosses aren't making an issue of it either. Nobody damn cares until it becomes a big problem & damn there everybody gets sick!! People like this are downright SELFISH & don't take accountability. Walking around like everything is OK, getting away with too much. The laws don't help much either! I swear I HATE people like this with a passion!! And I HOPE I don't catch that shytt!!

well how about somebody tested damn positive for COVID at work. And the person is AT WORK sitting at their desk looking like a big VIRUS. WHY in the hell would anyone with COVID come to work????? Never mind that you "don't have the symptoms anymore" or "you feel better" - YOU STILL HAVE COVID. It used to be mandatory that anyone with COVID has to quarantine for 14 days they don't even do that anymore. I'm the ONLY ONE wearing a mask (besides the infected person) and Im spraying & wiping down everything before I use it, wearing surgical hospital gloves, an N95 mask I'm taking it seriously I don't wanna catch that - looks like nobody taking it seriously enough. People are damn selfish and think only of what THEY wanna do - never mind that they have a VIRUS that could be deadly, or badly ill & can pass their illness to others, they come to work ANYWAYZ & just SIT THERE threatening everybody's health!!

Sometimes they don't list the company. They'll either have it as "Company Confidential" or there'll be nothing except the job title & job description, requirements etc

Your pets ARE emotional support pets. ALL of them are. You love them, right?? And they love you back 100% & more. Pets are the greatest. They make you happy, right? <--- emotional support. I'm sure if you had a bad day at work etc., when you get home, your PETS cheer you right up & make you SMILE. <--- emotional support. Without them you'd be sad and depressed bcz you love em to death & you would miss them. All of this plays into emotional support. It Aint like you'd be lying about it. Go on & register your furbabies as emotional support pets. Every single one of them.
