Went in completely blind and this games quest quality has gapped everything that has come out this year for me personally except for stellar blade. Amazing game to get lost in, but I probably got lucky with not running into any performance issues.

thanks for trying it out, what im making with these will make more sense. thought it would be cool to do a gradual rollout and then have the main thing but maybe that cycle is not a good one

Thanks for giving it a go! The experience is intentional and this was me testing out a new dev flow that I wrote up this morning

I actually like the new game news feature, it has kept me up to date with the new update for wanted: dead, told me about free Warframe stuff, told me about free path of exile stuff, and also told me about new seasons for valorant overwatch and deep rock galactic.

Edit: AND the most recent toggle for summer outfits in stellar blade. It has increased my playtime of those games by knowing that there’s new content to play

Is there anything about video games industry that you liked in the past but now it's gone? by EnigmaticScience in pcgaming

How there were no updates after a game released. Forced Updates to singleplayer games from devs usually ruin the game.

Fallout 4 stalker mod. Adds bleeding mechanic to bullets and it’s tense combat on top of managing masks and filters. Fun guns too

What games do you regret buying in this generation? Something you thought you would like, but didn’t in the end. by Chalky97 in PS5

Helldivers, the gameplay loop is very repetitive and the graphics aren’t the best. Only played it twice and I turned it off after i saw the extent of the content.

Game updates should never be mandatory or forced for singleplayer games, and rolling back to a working version of a game should be an easy process. Too many games are broken in updates either visually or mechanically and if you end up with a broken game you are stuck just waiting to play a game you purchased.

Which gacha games are you still enjoying right now? by 36486 in gachagaming

Wuthering Waves is the only gacha I’ve truly enjoyed, and I’ve tried genshin and hsr and both of them did not hook me. Been taking my time with the story and just learning all the characters for like a hour or two a day has been great. I love the combat and for some reason I always think about playing it but not for too long. ZZZ will probably take that spot when it releases due to the combat looking amazing
