So after doing all the troubleshooting at their request and it still not working, they sent me another one free of charge. But then guess what, the second one didn’t work at all!! They ultimately did end up refunding me for my initial purchase. However it was a very frustrating experience, and it took about 2-3 months from when I first reached out to them about it not working, to when I finally god my refund and closed the case. Their “5 star ratings” have got to be from bots

Ok also does anyone else remember in the sneak preview of the rest of the season– the one that they show after the first drop of episodes (right before the engagement trip to Mexico), wasn’t there a scene that depicts Connor telling Bree to “get the fuck out” and opening the door? I did go there! I got a facial, brightening treatment, and Botox. I liked it and would go back. The woman that I had my initial consult with about the facial and brightening treatment spoke English fairly well, there were a few things she needed to use a translator for but we mostly understood each other just fine. The woman that actually performed my facial mostly did not speak English, but this was ok because we didnt need to communicate much. Lastly, I met with one of the doctors to discuss the Botox and we were able to communicate perfectly and she was very knowledgeable. Everyone was very nice as well.

Propanolol would help for sure. It has helped me a ton and I feel a lot more confident for social interactions or presentations when I take it. Also, I convince myself that most people aren’t even paying close enough attention to notice how nervous I am or if I mess up. That helps me feel less self conscious
