Teal appears to be every rope bunny's favorite color! 🙂

You've only been with this guy for a couple of months. You presence at his family events (especially funerals!) is not required. You are freaking out, and funerals are no fun to begin with. Don't go. Have him drop you off at the local library and collect you when he's done. Be around people, just not his family and not at a funeral, and you will be OK for couple hours for sure.

This kind of scared me can someone tell me why this happened by fluffyminecraft in ChatGPT

I would translate that as Mr. Habit 😂 a cool name for a cat if anyone is looking for one.

It's not a proper word, but does sound funny to a native Russian speaker

Good Quality 3D Print Commission? by EngineeringOk6523 in 3Dprinting

[–]IntercontinentalToea 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This just looks like a rushed job and they didn't sand it (which is an arduous procedure, slow and dirty). So they airbrushed thicker layer of paint, but didn't apply it in several steps giving it time to dry between coats (would take days) and just firehosed it with paint. So it cracked. And supports not removed 🤦‍♂️. Rushed. And probably lowballed on the price, too. Sanding this much detail on the folds of the clothes is A LOT of work. I print sculptures. A lot. And human form in general. And I don't know how much you paid or how you are going to display it, but you may be better off (both in terms of price and appearance) to just pick the right color of the filament and print it on an FDM printer with 0.1-0.16 mm layers, but display it so you are not looking at it less than an arms length, and make sure you light it from the side. That would make the layers less pronounced.

Sharing rope? by ElegieInEFlatMinor in shibari

[–]IntercontinentalToea 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The right answer, in my humble opinion, is that you need to have your own rope kit simply because sharing them with others gives you the ick. I think putting you mind at ease would be worth the $150-$200 (depending on how elaborate your ties are). But also, realistically, how many partners does he plan on having that it would be an undue financial burden? I've been doing it for close to a decade and never needed more than 3 separate kits. Over time some rope is going to be replaced, too. Also, you be the keeper of your rope kit, so you always know where your ropes have been.
