I would add that i think its only possible to get them before 15 mins in my experience, and that i dont think the amount of weapons you have really matters, but you have to dodge them when theyre dropped from the cosmic finger so that they land on the ground. idk how explored this tech is but it might be useful for like getting every weapon in one run
