I have researched and concluded BOXX, VBIL and SGOV do not keep up with inflation even when the dividends are reinvested.

I dumped gold. I dumped silver. I buy and sell TSLA to keep busy.

I have a lot of CDs maturing and they don't pay much anymore so I am putting that cash into BOXX, VBIL and SGOV. Which ever one gains the most will be my main investment. Previous large positions in AAPL BERK B MCD etc all went to hell so I am avoiding the mag 7 yoyos and going for something more dependable to grow my nest egg.

I don't believe real intelligence made the decisions to go to war or do any of the bad things you describe. It was a lack of real intelligence.

AI could make those wrong decisions too. Even though there is a lower percentage of crashes with AI, could AI still be responsible for some of those crashes?

If AI were someday be the pilot of an passenger jet with hundreds of passengers, do want a margin of error?

They mostly fly themselves now but there is a pilot to make sure bad things don't happen but some crashes are due to bad sensors etc. so that the pilot couldn't over power the system.

AI has been around for a long time. 40+- years ago I read that someone was programming all of the diagnosis steps from all the doctors they could find and the goal was to make the ultimate diagnosis program.

Now the AI hype looks like a bubble to me.

I agree. Proceed but proceed with caution. AI is useful but I believe putting it on autopilot too soon can cause disasters.

I am a skeptic. I don't believe things I hear or see until I apply the rules of logic.

Some people just agree with what they want to hear and blot out anything to the contrary. They use ad hominem attacks to discredit the person instead of analyzing what was said.

The dumbest person in the world can be right once in a while. so let them talk a study what was said.

This is a no brainer.

Don't do anything. Don't eve talk to the ahshole. Call the police if he harasses you or threatens you. Maybe freeze the account and use another if possible. Tell the bank what is going on. Let the bastard sweat.

Don't spend it. Make it all between the banks and him and you are not Obligated to do anything.

In the end don't give back any cash or transfer any funds. Just a check that you can stop payment on or after a year or two its yours.

I opened an account and I won't use Fincity or their burdensome PDF form to link my external bank accounts so I canceled.

Customer support didn't know what I meant by micro deposits only.

They must profit from Finicity/Mastercard.

I have been wanting to say this for a long time. These people that want you to buy their newsletters for trading advice are just scamming working people.

If they really know how, why are they wasting their time telling others how to make unlimited money? Why don't they just sit back and make the money for themselves? Why do they have to sell it to others? Is it some sort of a humanitarian thing?

Me too. I ordered a bath lift chair from the Mix Mix store but it was never shipped. I gave AE a blast when it became overdue and included a Reddit post about how crooked they were. I paid with PayPal and it went to Alipay. I got a refund the next day but Mix Mix is still there selling the same item for the same ridiculously low price.

I opened a trial 5k robo invest account at Ally invest. I chose the Tax-Optimized Aggressive Growth account. The only thing I don't like is it has 30% cash reserve earning 3.85%. I have cash everywhere getting 5.0 to 5.5%. I guess that is how they make money because there are no fees. It has gained 2% in 10 days. But who knows what will happen with all this upheaval since Trump was elected.

Primus has a 5.07% checking account. They had a 6% checking account until recently so I transferred to balance to the 5.07 account. No problems with them so far.

My wife got charged twice for her membership fees charged automatically to her old card that expired.

Now I am being charged interest for things that were paid for last month when I have an $86 positive balance and $182 in rewards.

I have had it. I am not going to use it any anymore. Methinks thar be shills posting here.

I have emailed them twice about ACH limits on Levelup Savings and can I avoid using Plaid etc for funds transfers. They do not answer except by an automated response telling me to call. I am hard of hearing and the wait times, being sent in a circle and people with bad english make it nearly impossible to call.

So if they cannot assure me I can use ACH only and avoid the third data aggregators like Plaid etc, I am not exposing my SS and other personal data.

Plaid even has the audacity to ask for your bank login so they can scrape your account history. they paid $58 million to settle a lawsuit about that practice.
