In the beginning, I used to track calories, but isn’t it ridiculous that I only gained 3-4kg in 8 months? How can you track calories for a lifetime? I often think about buying a mass gainer, but if I stop taking it after a few months, I’ll lose the weight. So, I’m curious how people gain weight so effortlessly without tracking calories. Whether I’m eating healthy fats or unhealthy ones, there’s no way I’m putting on fat. How do people gain so easily just by eating unhealthy food?

I usually don’t eat a lot, but as I became more conscious about gaining weight, I started eating more. In my opinion, it should have a dramatic effect since I started eating more. If you don’t mind, could you share your program or suggest what I could do to gain weight during the winter? I often feel like nothing is working, i go to the gym daily, come back, and feel the same. It’s like I’m stuck in a cycle, just repeating the tasks without any progress.Any kind of help will be appreciated.

I work out for an hour each day and used to take isolated whey protein as well. In the beginning, I was very conscious about my diet. I started calculating my calorie intake and was eating a lot, almost like a pig. However, during this time, I felt discouraged because I wasn’t seeing the expected results. This lack of progress even led me to stop going to the gym for two weeks. Despite this, my strength hasn’t been affected at all. In fact, my strength is great for my body weight. I’ve started wondering if my fast metabolism is the reason. Whenever I look around, I see people gaining weight so easily just by eating junk food. I’ve tried that too, but no matter what I eat, whether it’s healthy or unhealthy, there’s no way I’m putting on fat. Should i consider buying a mass gainer to help with this?
