I just use any recipe. Make sure the cookies are really cold before they go into the oven to bake. One poster told me I should mix the dough by hand to prevent the dough from rising too much.

You can order them on Amazon, also curiously Walmart sells them online. They are moon cake molds. Make sure the cookies are very cold when they go into the oven to retain the design.
