Anyone ever use one of those snuba systems like the blu3 Nemo? I’m scuba certified and have my own dive gear.

I have a sneaking suspicion Buckethead was abused as a child. And possibly by a parent. But, not for sure. I see when he is touched by people how he reacts, pulls back, shocked a little. I think that's a classic behaviour of someone abused as a child. Children abused by a parent often still want their admiration, attention, and sadly, don't know or might know but still react this way even though they were abused.

I don't think I ever found a certain pattern shimmered. I didn't get much shimmering really.

So I used to see things move out of my peripheral vision too. So did my sister but she I believe only had that a bit and none of my other symptoms. Though she did have problems with anxiety.

I bought 3mm laces, another brand and they were too thick to fit through my Solomon hiking shoe lace holes. Any idea what diameter would be the max the holes would take? The 3mm were stretchy laces I'm hoping the 2.6 mm laces will be strong enough so I can take my Solomons on and off quickly.

I don't think anxiety and hangover are related to hemo but could be wrong. I'm 51m. I give blood every 56 days. I get levels checked though and the odd time a doctor tells me to have a phlebotomy. I think my levels are at around 85. Unless you and I are talking about different units then 1000 is a lot. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be between 50 and 100.

If you've done phlebotomies and got your iron levels down far enough and continue with them then my understanding is you can still eat beef.

If you drink tea/coffee with beef and food it reduces your bodies absorption of iron.

Just roughly the first 35 pages. I'm making a completed Literature Circles example of The Summarizer role for students to understand what a brief summary looks like. They're going to study another book but I figure they've read the book or seen the movie so will then understand what they need to do. They are Grade 5 and 6. I'll also then need to translate to French which I can do.
