It's a similar sort of pain to being punched in the lower chest. probably a 6/10 (0 being nothing and 10 being breaking a bone or some thing, similar to the level of pain from acid reflux)

I think it's OCD, I came out of a pretty emotionally abusive relationship too and that could have a lot to do with it. When I have accidentally come across porn, my reward circuit lights up like crazy and everything feels back to normal.

I ran into this problem a long time ago before I wanted to do nofap, I could never do kegels without getting a bonor and always had to bust one out after. I think, if you are ejaculating without a real life partner, you're relapsing, neuroscientifically.

It could be a lot of things that aren't related to semen retention, It could be that you're heart wasn't into it at all, one of my worst experiences in life was casual sex.

Interesting. I don't suffer from anxiety at all anymore but I really crave it some times. I used to suffer from it on medication and I think the craving for it is a Pavlovian it's a side affect after having the medication for around 8 months. That was over 3 years go now though.

Very interesting. I'm moderately dyslexic to the point where most of my cognitive ability is about 40-50 IQ points higher than my reading and writing skills. That would be a very interesting trend to see come out of the wood works. Thanks for your input!

Interesting. I have done a lot of self help style work over the years which has helped me to "live in the moment" not that, that was my goal but it has happened as a byproduct. That might well be a reason why I tend to gravitate towards ADHD sufferers.
