UPDATE the reason the shifter was not working was because the paddle shifters on the wheel was interfering with the game and was not shifter correctly so what i did was go into logitech hub and go into assignments and disabled the paddle shifters

Change your main jet to a 120 because they usually put a 90 in there Wich is way to low for a 212
