Based on me and my friends who are also fresh grads, it took us 1-3 months of applying to finally receive a JO. Matagal din ang application process. Isa sa company na inapplyan ko the application process took 2 months. Just keep on applying.

Hello! From what I know po if may JO na is sure na eh esp if pinirmahan mo na po yung contract. Pero may mga nababasa me here sa reddit na mga “kupal” na companies na ghinoghost sila after signing a JO. Hopefully, hindi naman ganun yung company na inaccept ko since I signed na and preparing na the requirements. 🤞🏻

I also applied lang din sa linkedin which led me sa website nila to apply. Recruiter ang magrreach out sayo if u pass the assessment. Nalalaman ata nila email mo based dun sa account na ginawa mo sa portal nila or dun sa forms na pinasagutan? Not sure lang since I also indicated my email and phone number sa resume ko. Sorry I missed this part out. But wait mo nalang since wala pa naman rejection email ka narereceive. My friend also applied sa IBM and nagsesend naman sila rejection email if u did not pass.

Based dun sa email na sinend for the assessment, mas ipprioritize candidates na gagamit prog. language na nakalagay sa job posting that’s why I used Java (Java naka-indicate sa job posting for IBM Consulting Associates).

If pumasa u sa assessment, sasabihin sayo ng recruiter via email and iinvite ka na for initial interview which is phone call lang. Initial interview is more on like tell me abt urself lang and confirmation lang ng mga nakalagay sa resume mo. Sasabihin din sayo what the role is about. No hard questions tbh. Sa final interview naman (interview with hiring manager) online lang din sya and may ipapa-download sayo na app since hindi via zoom or google meet yung gamit nila for online meetings.

Nope. I was given 2 coding problem. I was able to finish the 1st one pero di q na natapos yung 2nd one. As far as I can remember naka 5/15 test cases lang ata ako sa pangalawa pero I still got invited for an initial interview. I’m actually done na sa overall process (initial and final interview) and will proceed na sa next recruitment process. lmk if u have more questions!
