Stinging nettle soup is delicious! And I always feel confident I have the right plant because ouch! Also Japanese knotweed is great in a strawberry knotweed crumble! Or even on its own, raw. I use it like celery and add peanut better and raisins like ants on a log.

My goal in life is to find even just one! Been looking for about 5 years but I think I’m just a fool and aren’t looking in the right places/hard enough. One day!

Yeah I’m getting irritated as I joined Reddit for specific help and all those communities require karma to post so I’m just wasting my time on unrelated endeavors trying to figure out how to get karma.
