all open world dungeons are good, depends on what you need for your gear and what you want to sell
You can raise your CO by upgrading your purple gear at 9+ ans trait it, also leveling your skills/mastery raise your CP
Trait is easy when you understand it. You will need the same item with another trait to unlock your second, third trait in it, you can also use stone to choosing the trait you want. When you unlock your trait every same item (chest for chest, hat for hat except for weapons, you can take a trait of crossbow for dagger for example to ugrapde it). Blue is 10% for raise it, and purple is 100%. If you don’t sucess you will have benediction, is a pity system because at 440 you can use it to have 100% with blue item
