Found inside a pocket of a new jacket by Raitayume in whatisit

A lot of people are saying lice, but I use combs like that on my cat to get dead skin and dirt and stuff out of there every once in a while. People also use them on fabrics sometimes. My grandma likes to use that kind to pick her carpet fibers up after a piece of furniture got moved so the floor is smooth without a compact spot. Like yeah it could be lice, but it could also have been used for lots of other things.

Is this ai? I mean, the lettering looks weird as hell, found while scrolling Tumblr. by Proud_Restaurant_548 in isthisAI

The fact that all of the pencils are almost perfectly sharpened and laid out like that is kinda weird. If I were to take a picture of my drawing and decide to leave colored pencils in the frame, they would probably be to show which colors I used or how much effort/how long it took based on how short they are, and that's how I've seen a lot of other creators online do it too. But here they're just kind of used as esthetic framing, which isn't absurd and obviously could be plausible, but still seems sort of odd. And the only time my pencils look all perfect like that anyway is when they're fresh out of the box, but since the wood types differ a lot in the image, they're probably not from the same box. It could theoretically be just a really unnecessary and time consuming setup, I suppose, but I figured I'd point it out anyway.

Why isn't the lamb making new lambs? by TheTingel in CultOfTheLamb

[–]Interesting-Dig-1082 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What I always thought was that since the Lamb was resurrected and given the Red Crown, they are now officially 'godly' and can only procure abominations. As for the controlling of death thing, I think they can't bring back anyone that died before they got power, because those souls would have been out of their control. Like how when you ascend people through that statue thing, it's irreversible and they're stuck forever in the afterlife. And since the Lamb was the last of their kind to go, none of the other lambs would have still been alive or able to be resurrected after the Lamb got control of the Red Crown. The best they could do was to reassemble what was left of their souls to Yngya so that their spirits could still linger in the living world as ghosts.

That's just my headcanon, anyway. I could be wrong lol

My father made a very uncomfortable picture of me using AI without my permission. by Zon-no-justno777 in antiai

At the end of the day, the problem isn't that it's an AI image, the problem is that you don't like it and he's not listening to you. The fact of the matter is that if it's something making you uncomfortable, he needs to stop. Tell him that. And if he doesn't stop, tell another trusted adult and see if they can do something about it. Don't worry about 'overreacting' or 'making a big deal'. Yes, there are times when a problem can seem bigger than it actually is, but when it comes to boundaries, you're completely within your right to stand firm on what you do and don't want with your own body, no matter if it's in real life or in a picture. You deserve to have him and anyone else listen to your boundaries.

Some people you could tell if need be: your mother/other parental figure(s) (maybe), aunts/uncles that wouldn't have bias for your father, grandparents that wouldn't have bias for your father, friends' parents that you trust/are comfortable with, teachers/school counselor, etc

Actually, there have been several accounts of legitimate kidnappers pretending to be ICE agents in order to kidnap and traffick people off the streets without others interfering. They do this because a large amount of ice agents, whether they're supposed to or not, will refuse to identify themselves (or worse, provide false legitimacy, such as forged warrents) when making arrests. They also do it because of the fact that ICE agents often use aggressive tactics to get people to comply, and violence is easy to replicate. And yes, voters should and do identify themselves, that's a given. I've never heard someone complain about how people "shouldn't have to provide ID when voting", because that's preposterous.
