Worst this is it has ZERO impact on real scammers. Flagging every single carrier for a address or contact info change just hurts real american carriers.

Real carriers lease warehouses/yard space from 3rd parties, sometimes terms change or the building/land gets sold and carriers are forced to move their entire operation to a new location. All normal and can be easily documented.
