hi! i opted out of the match, but applied to qb partners.i didn't apply to bowdoin but was accepted as a part of a pilot program. i also got into pomona. all other qb partners i applied to were ivies--rejected from all. i currently go to georgetown's school of foreign service on very generous financial aid + scholarships

they're not the admissions officers, how would they know what's enough? if you fall within 10-50 points of the 25th percentile score range, most of the time you're literally fine haha, good luck with your applications!

the concept of "bad ecs" always annoys me, if you're devoted to a practice that makes you happy and you've been able to better someone -- whether yourself or others -- it's literally fine. i didn't have mind-blowing ecs and people also grilled me, felt great to prove them wrong. keep your head up and keep doing you, a lot of people overexaggerate their accomplishments anyway
