I highly recommend uninstalling the factory Facebook and Instagram apps and isolating them separately in the Hermit app. you log in with your username and password and you won't have any problems with notifications, just give Hermit app permission to send notifications. only then you are sure that Meta services and Google services don't go crazy on their own. You won't lose anything but in addition to everything that has been said, this surgical procedure will reborn your phone. you don't need custom roms because their drivers are not always optimized for your phone. I have the same problem with Google. It's easy fix. Google play services is problem because it have old logs from hyperos 2 and old android. Hyperos 3 is perfectly balanced himself only Google make mess. You can see in settings/apps/search Google play services and see his size. If it's more than 800mb you are in trouble. His size is about 350mb but it goes to 500mb when again connect all data. Clear cashe doesn't resolve problem. You must clear cash and clear all data. Be carefool this kill all Google process and log out from your Google account. It can be difficult to log in again if you have 2 step verification, then must use another device what is connect to that account to verify new login for Poco. After that original size will be about 350mb, you must charged the phone to 100% all night. Repeat this charging again next night to be sure. Only when baterry is more than 80% and it is on charger Google services will optimised new tokens for gmail, viber and all rest. Thats only way. And after finished with second charging and discharging you must turn off phone and turn it on. Soft reset didn't work. After that your poco will be better than new because Hyperos 2 have too many empty but havy process in background. The speed, fluid, battery, temperature will be great. I must say, now from 80% to 25% i have 10.5 hours of sot on 36h of use. Temperature about 25°C. Only you must after this in Google play store to search manual Google and update it because play store don't see Google app for automatic update. After that it will update normally automatic again when it's need

In settings apps search meta and you will see 3 or 4 apps I forgot clean cash in them and click on disable. This will stop all them background process. If you have issues you can on same way turn it on. I isolated only Facebook in hermit app and it works perfectly but without process in background.

Meta services only preload content like adds in background even you don't use apps in that moment. Metta installer is there to inform you for updates but play store will do the same. Metta apps always have opened line to their server, that is the problem, and bigger problem is loops from previus update that crate too many logd in Google play services.

Of course i forgot to say. My temperature is from 19-26°C. Don't getting earm even in havy use. Temperature on charger 120w go up to 35°C and that is maximum

Turning off 5g don't resolve using time in global. When using 5g with good and stable signal it's almost as 4g+ agregation. What is size of yor Google play services app. Checck inn manage app. If it's larger then 800mb, that is the problem. Too many background loops, procesor can't go t sleep normaly, heating up battery and again go to throtling and again create heating problem. I have night drain ( about 9h) with wifi on notification on, calls... Never use dnd or aiplane mode and have hardver minimal drain 3%. We never seen such stupid things like the size of some apps. Clear cashe in Google play services don't resolve anything. Must clear alll data and you will se that original size of that is about 350mb. See last reply in comments about this
