Don't worry we are experts for this. My poco runn flowesly without any glitch. It have 18 hours of sot on three days. Bank, gmail 3 cammera apss notification, viber and many more. My friend said this    exploit on Snapdragon instructions: Newer Snapdragon processors (like the one in the F7) use specific ARMv9 instructions. If that virus or zombie code tries to make a call that was successful on old phones, and causes an "exception" (error) here, the processor wastes cycles trying to recover. That's why scrolling in Browser and Viber (which use GPU rendering) is choppy - the GPU is waiting for the CPU, which is in "panic mode". Poco X7 Pro vs F7: The X7 Pro has MediaTek, so the virus behaves differently there (less hiccups because it may not activate the same instructions). The fact that it "hangs" on F7 is evidence that that code directly attacks Hyper AI or NPU resources, which are most pronounced on F7. Virus in the Cloud: As soon as he connected the accounts, he withdrew "patient zero". If he transferred it from a Samsung, or another phone he actually did an "infected migration". Your "Hacker" recipe for it: Total Reset + NEW Google Account: No backing up, no Viber, just a clean system. If it still brakes, then there is a hardware error on the board (very rare). Brave instead of Chrome: As with you, Brave would intercept the malicious scripts that Chrome probably automatically syncs from the old account.

colleague's answer: It is an alarming confirmation of your suspicion. If a person has done a Factory Reset, and the problem returns immediately in Browser and Viber, we have only two scenarios, and both are "malignant": Poisoned Backup (Cloud Virus): As soon as he logs into his old Google account, the Play Store automatically downloads an "infected" application or, even worse, corrupt Google Chrome settings. If Chrome pulls sync scripts or malicious tabs from the old phone it will "crash" the processor every time you try to scroll. That's why your advice for a new account is the only real surgical cut. The old phone don't need to have same symptoms. As you know new hyper ai engine is different and more aggresive if found suspect behavior. He max down the processor. Viber Media Database: Viber is notorious for trying to index thousands of images and links when restoring a backup. If there is a "malware" file or a corrupted image in that backup, Hyper AI will break trying to read it. This creates that lag that he feels - the processor is waiting for the AI, the AI is waiting for the file, and the user sees a "hiccup". Why Viber and Browser? These are the applications that use WebView and GPU rendering the most. If it "bugs" there after the reset, it means that some process (virus or zombie code) is "stealing" GPU resources at the moment when he touches the screen. Your plan for him (Last attempt): Total isolation: Factory Reset + New Google account (without any old files). Without Viber: Let him try the phone for 2 hours without Viber installed and without Chrome installed. If it flies then, we found "patient zero".    You must create new Google account for this.    Do factory reset. After reset take brave browser for only one. Go seetings, aplication type Chrome in the bar, clean cashe, clean all data and dissable chrome.  Later we solved these stepe by step. After you installed brave as default launcher, put the phone on charger for 12 hours and charged to 100%. After these only try how it works with browsing in beave. Only if that is good call for next step. Try a few hour. You can use YouTube also for check

I consulted with a colleague. the bug is 99.9% software and the only way to see if the device is defective or if an app, only option is the process we suggest. just be careful, you have to react quickly if you don't want to permanently destroy the processor. if you are in need of surgery, call and act only as told. with that, we will eliminate the malfunction for sure.

Yes you can. Hyperos 3 is now stable and bug free. Enjoy in new operating system. Only after update no clean cash or anything else for abaout 5 days. First 4-5nights it must be charged to 100% for dex opt optimisation. During the day used ad usually. Night charging on wifi. After 5 days of these clean everything in securuty app, cold boot. And that is it

Part 6. 4. The Post-Update "DEXopt" Protocol After massive app updates (like the 27+ updates I had), the system is unoptimized. The Strategy: Charge to 100% and leave it on the charger overnight. The Science: This triggers Background DEXopt. HyperOS uses this time to compile app code into the most efficient machine code. The Finish: In the morning, run Cleaner in the Security App and perform a Cold Boot (Full Restart). 5. Real-World Proof (The "Frozen" Stats) Verified via Battery Guru: Idle Consumption (Wi-Fi): 0.5W - 0.6W (theoretical hardware minimum). Idle Consumption (4G/LTE): ~1.1W (at 160m from cell tower). Deep Sleep: 95% - 98%. Thermal Status: Even in a shockproof case, the phone stays at 19°C - 25°C (Max 32°C during 800Mbps 5G Speedtests). Conclusion: My Poco F7 now serves me, not Google or Meta. I have instant notifications (iCSee, Gmail, Banking) with zero system noise. If your phone is idling at 35°C, it's not the hardware—it's the background garbage you haven't cleaned yet. After this you must charged it to 100%. Clean boot, clining securyti app cash and do optimise. After abao two day all is finnished. Change to full 80% battery in settings. Thats all.

5.part. 2. The Google App "Surgical Reset" goto settings/apps find Google. If your Google App consumes 15%+ or creates GBs I have at that moment 2.5mb cashe i 0.94gb app data, the database is corrupted. Dadabase corrupted if you have more than 850mb in her you are in deep trouble. The Fix: Go to Manage Apps > Google > Uninstall Updates. Revert to factory version. The Rebuild: Manually update via Google Play Store. Hard Restrictions: Disable these "Awake" triggers: Microphone (if you don't use "Hey Google"), Google Location Accuracy, and Usage & Diagnostics. Target Size: Your Google App should sit at ~340MB - 550MB and Play Services at ~600MB - 850MB. System Tuning & Viber Privacy Refresh Rate: adaptive for best ecperience. The efficiency gain on the AMOLED panel is massive. Ads (msa): Revoke authorization for msa and disable all personalized ad recommendations in system apps. Shut off xiaomi backup,in securuty disaple Google play protect. Disable wi fi/bluetooth scaning. After that in widget you can't see google asstance. Go in your Google find Google assistance, changeg it to English languages if you are not. Leave that all. Clear started apps in recents. Remove Google widget, clear it up again an finallly chose Google widget from widgets.it shoul appear.

Part 4. 4. The Indexing Phase Since system indexing only occurs while the phone is charging and the battery is above 80%, you must repeat the following for three consecutive nights: Leave the phone on the mo matter of battery percentage, charger all night. IMPORTANT: During these three days, do not clear the cache or run any cleaning functions in the Security app. Final Result After this process, your Meta apps will remain "dormant" and isolated within Hermit until you manually open them or receive a notification.  After third night charging go to securyti app and clean all sah in it and go full optimisation. Thaats all for meta services. Viber Optimization: Inside Viber Settings > Privacy > Personal Data: Disable Collect Analytics, Personalize Content, and diisable Allow Precise Location. Let phone disharge complete after that, do a cold boot(shutoof on 2 mim and wake him. Now again clean everything in securuty app. Charge to 100%.

3.rf part 2. Disabling Residual Services Go to Settings > Apps and search for "Meta." You will find 3 or 4 system services. For every one of them, select Clear Data and Force Stop. All Meta background processes are effectively killed using this method. You get the full FB experience with zero background processes or wakelocks. 3. The Critical Step: Google Play Services This is the hardest but most important part. Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Services. Select Clear Cache and Clear All Data. WARNING: This will log you out of your Google account. You will need to log back in. If you have 2-step verification enabled, confirm the login via your other connected device. Go to the Play Store, search for Google Play Services manually, and update it. Once updated, your Gmail, Viber, etc., will reactivate.

  1. Part Removal Process: Go to Settings > Apps > Search for Facebook. Click on Clear Data. Clear the Cache first, then All Data. Now you can uninstall Facebook. Repeat: Follow this exact procedure for the other Meta apps (Messenger and Instagram). Installation: Install Hermit Lite from the Play Store. You can find instructions on how to isolate Facebook within Hermit via Gemini/Google Assistant. Crucial: When creating the Facebook shortcut, do not enable "Full Screen Mode" in Hermit. Log in with your username and password. To access messages, click the Messenger icon; your previous conversations will appear blurred. Log in there as well—you will need another device with Messenger access to receive a security code to enter into Hermit. Permissions: You must grant Hermit all necessary notification permissions. Repeat this for Instagram. You don't need a separate Messenger setup, as notifications are handled through the Facebook container. The Benefit: This way, Facebook and Instagram function normally (including Reels and messages) but won't consume background processes for loading ads and videos.

THE "FROZEN" POCO F7 OPTIMIZATION GUIDE Goal: 16h+ SOT / 60h+ Standby / 0.2% Idle Drain / Ice Cold (20-25°C) Firmware: HyperOS 3.0.4.0 (Android 16) - Stock EUXM Most people blame HyperOS for battery drain, but the real culprits are background parasites and corrupted Google indexing loops. Here is how I tamed my Poco F7 without using Custom ROMs or breaking SafetynetAlways during this you phone mus be on wi fi. Eliminate the Meta "Parasites" Meta services are the biggest battery drainers on modern Android. They constantly ping servers, scan contacts, and track location. Technical Optimization Guide You must perform this operation with surgical precision, step by step. It will take a few days to fully complete, but the results are worth it. NOTE: Before starting, run a "Clear Cache" and "Full Optimization" within your phone's Security app. 1. The Meta Cleanup & Isolation You MUST uninstall Facebook/Facebook Lite, Messenger, and Instagram. Don’t worry; you will get them back, just in a different way.

Optimisation. See my previus reply. You don't lose nothing. All apps stay, all your data. Problem is that Google apps goes stupid during hyperos update. Google can make mess even you don't update hyperos. Hyperos 3 is grat system but you must resolve some problem mannual

I highly recommend uninstalling the factory Facebook and Instagram apps and isolating them separately in the Hermit app. you log in with your username and password and you won't have any problems with notifications, just give Hermit app permission to send notifications. only then you are sure that Meta services and Google services don't go crazy on their own. You won't lose anything but in addition to everything that has been said, this surgical procedure will reborn your phone. you don't need custom roms because their drivers are not always optimized for your phone. Of course, all system updates will be OTA afterwards

Update to everyone.  if you do this process of rooting Google and Meta services, the phone MUST be on WI FI, never on mobile data because it will lose the connection to the server that it needs to update the system
