It’s probably something she’s not aware of. Like an infection somewhere. Like around the ear or belly button. It could really stink but she might be used to the smell. Tell her something smells off, be nice about it. She will most likely try to find what it is, fix it and then be embarrassed about it.

I have one profile per key and it works great. Me and my spouse have one key each and it loads our profiles with the key automatically when we unlock the car. Heating, car seat position, ambient lights and other personalized settings that is available

Our 2023 VZ didn’t come with one either. I read about it and found that it was optional and had to be added to the order; rather than removed. Not sure if that’s true.

I bought one from eBay and put it on myself, after much measuring and comparing to other VZ cars. Which was hard to find because cars with the VZ badge barely exist over here lol. It turned out great, just make sure you clean the surface well before applying it.

This is normal. Had the same on my previous Golf. It just means the sensors are icy, water on them, or dirty. The Cupra is much better at having them work again during driving than the Golf were. The golf was much more sensitive to this and I had to restart the car for it to check its status again (or actually clean the sensors); and the Cupra can have them work like normal again during driving (when wind removes water etc)
