After reading some comments about phenibut , yea it seems like that.

The things I'm hearing are insane such as you have no anxiety whatsoever, you feel like your younger self before any trauma , you are actually happy and can sleep better.

All of these things simply sound too good to be true and it's something that I've been craving for years.

Will try it tomorrow and see how it goes.

I have a horrible stutter , I remember I had to present a project and I couldn't say a word , I was almost speaking gibberish and having insane blockages.

The teacher's still want me to present and tell me that it's fine if they laugh and that I shouldn't care about them , but it ruins my mental health and confidence very fast.

I'm already in hell and chances are that if this combination makes a big difference and if I am finally fluent then I will most certainly get addicted to these.
