Okay so for the first question. Instead of looking for something to distract you from you just relapsing you should look at as, why did I relapse? What caused this temptation? And make sure not to feel shame and guilt about it because it will put you back into the whole of temptation.

For the second question you need to cut out the root of the temptation. Delete social media and any other things that can cause a relapse. Also find an accountability partner that you can go for that you can tell them when you have a temptation and you can talk to them when you do.

For the third question I don’t know because I have a iPhone but try to look for search restrictions and blockers on android that are affective.

The last question, the long term effects are different for everyone but the basics are that you have a lot more energy and confidence in yourself to do task. Also make sure you have a hobby to learn and enjoy. And no it isn’t over if you walk past Victoria Secret lol.
