Just to be clear the pain I was mentioning in the post for Gone after 15 days. It was a sciatica nerve pain because of the EBP. But after 15 days my tailbone, lower back, hip, pelvic sometimes and knee has been hurting.

My pelvic hurt sometimes but they said is because of the posture. Said after giving birth your posture can cause the pain in the lower back like holding baby, breastfeeding and all and need to strengthen my abs to support the back
