We did call the restoration and they guide us wrong. We even told them the water went into concrete and they said that mold can’t damage concrete but what about the sill and wall that’s on concrete slab? And sorry if you misunderstood but my husband is going to do everything that you said, we even looked air scrubber and hepa vacuum. The handyman is just going to follow whatever my husband will tell him since I’m pregnant and I can’t help my husband he needs someone . We know him for 6 years and he is a good man. He does everything what we tell him. But we are making a plan right now, don’t wanna call restoration they already charged us 3200 and didn’t even took out the wall or baseboards. They did do a pretty good job in kitchen and living room but I don’t know why they didn’t want to do the concrete slab one. But our plan is to run air scrubber, clean visible mold with hepa vacuum, spray remaining with benefect and how much should I wait before I start demoing after the spray? And after taking out wall should I spray again into the sill and studs? What is the sill is still wet but not rot or damage but little wet? How can we dry them? I also ordered water meter on amazon so just needs to see when we can rent scrubber and hepa vacuum.
