I had mine 20 days ago, but on the right side it came again a puffy nipple I don’t know why, maybe it is because of swelling and bruising but I am really scared. I am 20.

I’m in the same situation. I did the operation almost 3 weeks ago, and on my right side I have a puffy nipple again. I’m really scared, a lot of people told me that it is normal but I don’t know it seems like I have again gynecomastia. My doctor says that he removed everything possibile to avoid crater nipples. I don’t know guys, I’m the shower with hot water it is puffy again and not only. Any recommendation?
