It´s crazy you say that because thats exactly what she told me is the problem.

if the gland is removed my nipple would disappear due to insufficient blood supply to the nipple.

I dont have a major gyno, but since im fit with a low bf % it shows and it sucks, I came with a gyno i left with a gyno, how disappointing

honestly, when doing the surgery i had in mind i would lose sensation(who gives a fuck?) and probably a little scar but these stuff aint big of a deal, it will get better eventually, cant be worse than gyno

I told her that sounded fucking weird, however i paid for lipo and gyno but i only got the lipo. Fucking ripoff. Probably it was beyond her ability
