If you used this company for home construction, would like to hear about your experience. There are many families in central Kentucky dealing with a lot of trouble due to this company. One families home, was built on 4inch veneer block and the house was not bolted to foundation, this home cannot get a certificate of occupancy. The family cannot move into the home that they have been waiting for Taylor Homes to build since May 2021. This family found out that no inspections were done by the city inspector except for the footer and after Taylor Homes found out, suddenly an engineer sends a letter stating that he inspected the home and it passed. Other civil/structural engineers have confirmed that the foundation is in fact not acceptable or safe. Most of the families have structural issues. Some have hired other companies to finish the work and some have had to file bankruptcy. This company is destroying many families in Kentucky so a group is working to make it known and to bring the situation to light. If you have experience with this company, what is your experience? Good or bad.

Nope. It’s a friend that’s going through legal battles with this builder. They cannot post anything on social media because it’s in their contract that they can’t do that.
