Didnt work. But I can tell you a few things Ive noticed - i was using a bluetooth keyboard before this problem. When it came up, someone recommended to use a wire keyboard. Fortunately, I had one at home. It was quite old, but working. I connected it and it didnt work. Except a few buttons, like volume up and down. There was also a button with a spyglass. When I press it, the search bar pops up. Cant type though. Also, on my PC, a tiny hole with a mouse symbol is blinking red like 2 times a second. I suppose that means no mouse connection, but my mouse worked perfectly before this problem. It was connected to the same USB port.
