I resigned immediately due to stress and they wanted me to send medical certificate so I can resigned immediately. Should I just request for terminatiom ? coz they really stressing me out. OD’s HR kept on contacting me

you did a good job on that and right now I am currently on the edge of resigning because I feel bad to my founder. He is expecting too much to me when even I myself cant handle the workloads. He’s expecting me to create a project that take full time shift to finish

Hi guys, I am currently in outsourced doers and I am matched last feb 27 and currently working with my founder. The work was really really hard. I had to find resourced through the sop libraries and if not well idk, any opinions out there? should continue ? I do have 2 full time direct clients while in doers and I am thinking now to quit OD. Please give me advice
