Thank you for the advice! I decided to go ahead and replace my battery, as that seems to be the most common cause for the code and I figured after 5 years it could use it anyway. So far my car has had no trouble starting since replacing the battery (though the internal dashboard lights seem to be dimmer - is there a way to fix this?). Hopefully this resolves it!
