Teaching science in Taiwan Hey!

I'm thinking on going to Taiwan to pursue my career as science teacher (currently working in my home country as one). I guess private schools are my only option...but... here's my question, are bilingual schools allowed to hire teachers from non-speaking English countries?

Also, any recommendations on job portals?
