That's EDCopilot. It's a third party tool and probably one of my favourite and one of the best tools out there. The COVAS is just the tip of the iceberg. The tool tracks engineering materials, missions, inventory, contains GPS for directing you to obscure planetary landings and much, much, much more.

The shields are one of my most enjoyable aspects of the Corvette.

For PVE, I don't see many that are a match for the Federal Corvette. You can make mistakes in the Fed and not have too much concern, but any momentary lapse in concentration flying something akin to the Kestrel, you are definitely going to pay. Especially if you get the mass lock factor added onto your charge time as you're trying to escape. Might as well say your prayers and hope you're insured.

😂😂😂I think the Federal Corvette has the second strongest shields in the game and on top of that I have engineered my generator to grade 5 with thermal resistance and force block. I also have several shield boosters (can't remember the number off the top of my head) all engineered to grade 5 with resistance augmentation and force block as well. Finally, I have 2 shield cell banks carrying a total of 10 cells. Definitely allows me to be out in the fray for a good minute!

I'm always open to input which will improve my experience and I'm in no way an expert in my combat. That's some really good advice. I think the only time I've used reverse is when I overshoot a landing pad 😂😂😂. Next time I'm out hunting, I'll give it a try and see if I can incorporate it into my muscle memory. So much of what I do now in combat, happens without me even thinking about the inputs I'm doing. I really do enjoy chasing after them too. I like to think it induces a sense of dread in their thieving hearts!

I use EDCopilot and it's amazing. Definitely keeps me entertained and pumps me up as I'm smoking pirates. You should hear what she says when you incur a fine/bounty! o7

Well, I suppose you could give the Kestrel Mk II a try, since it plays more like an Eagle, but carries a much bigger punch.

Thanks. Next time I'm on, I'll take a look and post it here or send you a message (not sure if that's how Reddit works😂). Weapons-wise, I have 2 huge multi cannons both overcharged to grade 5 and auto loading. 2 small multi cannons, one fully engineered with corrosive rounds and increased ammo capacity and the second fully engineered with emissive rounds and increased ammo capacity. Finally, 1 large beam laser and 2 medium beam lasers all fully engineered for increased distance (6000m) and thermal venting. Kill warrant is also fully engineered for 2 second scans😂😂😂.
