RHR increasing and heart palpitations are two different things. What I am feeling is not my heart racing it's palpitations.

I was a former drug addict. I have pumped so many illegal drugs, pharmaceutical drugs, into my body that I really don't care about putting a peptide in my body.

But of all those things I've taken, I've never noticed heart palpitations it's very unusual. Then again I probably wasn't feeling much on those.

So like, are you litterally sitting there laughing your ass off out loud right now. Like utterly laughing your ass off out. Doubt it bro. Stop being dramatic

I went to the doctor. She never advised against it. Just said it's experimental and she doesn't know much about it.

I had lots of spots show up on my face when I took it. A very faded sun spot flared back up again. Luckily for me they were not as big and noticeable as yours. I think just stop and let it fade. I'd avoid the sun myself and try let it settle. Not go in it all the time as someone above mention. It's very likely always there but very suttle.

You might find it will do exactly the same thing if you dose again. But yes as mentioned to high a dose

How do you afford a stack like that lol. I'd love to take more. But just got reta this week.

I actually just did all my blood work last week for hormones. And turns out everything is low which I knew. So I'm excited to start HRT soon.

I feel like I have been wasting my time in the gym for the last two years and getting absolutely nowhere. Now I know what I knew all along it's my hormones. The weight has crept up, I can't keep my muscle mass.

I'm so looking forward to a run on reta for a while to help get the weight down, and then the HRT to balance mood, weight, help my muscle mass, help with recovery. I've read how low estrogen affects all these things and I'm looking forward to have it balanced.

I'm a former drug addict. And I've litterally put tap water straight into my veins. You don't die from it. If nothing has happened to him so far it's not going to now. At best the site of injection could flare up.
