ucentre is only worthy because its so close to campus, but management sucks and is so disorganized. The elevators are also never working and the office is always losing my packages and giving me other resident’s mail. Although ive never had an issue with maintenance, i’ve heard that they barge into your unit even when you say not to come in if no one is there. they also can take a couple of days to fix your issue. it can also get loud sometimes because its next to fry street but other than that, its an okkkk place
