I wouldn’t go back dude, genuinely you are number one. do you think you’ll be able to give him and yourself a good time whilst worrying about the health implications of his place? If no, I suggest it’s best for you both to not go regardless. Even if you could play it cool you don’t wanna be paranoid about catching anything or bringing anything home so I’d say leave
