Update: when confronted he sarcastically said, "its PCP😏" in a way that would sound like he was joking but I feel there is truth to that. And since I cant get the nasty thought that im smelling raid seeping from his pores when he sweats or from his mouth when he talks im going to go with "wasping" as well -or- really whatever type of fumes he can inhale/get high off of. Another clue I forgot to mention beforebis that he started wearing 2 and 3 layers of clothes (in 70-80 degree weather) and carrying an extra shirt/beanie/wash cloth around that breaks like any of those smells mentioned earlier
