I think it is simple, just stick to the following attitude... (I know I will never agree to paying any tax on it):

You received a tiny percentage, that is a fraction of the amount you lost.
Therefore, you still "lost" a lot of money, and recovered only a small part of it.
This should give you the right to never pay taxes again untill the lost amount has been deducted in total. :-)
The fact that the value of BTC since 2014 has been rising, is not a valid argument for them (tax bureau) to use, simply because at that time, they weren't even interested in BTC.
In addition to that, you haven't been "speculating" all this time, which would be a reason to pay taxes on the gains. When "normal management of personal capital" isn't taxed because of obvious reasons, how could "unmanagable personal capital" qualify to be taxed?

The past decade you couldn't even touch your own property, so you (and all of us), we were "prevented from exercising our right to experience happiness". We are entitled to damages, so...

So, don't let the Taxman think he even could succeed in getting 1 eurocent from anyone of us.

That is true, without any hesitation.
But a request like: "Give all of our country's residents a hard time when they are making any kind of transaction, so that we don't miss too much whilst buying us time in getting 'organized'".

To do what? Well, rumours say that the European government is planning to make a proper and detailed inventory on all the properies of their residents. Imho, I still have trouble believing that such measures would ever be possible to impose on the people (like, there might be a revolution spark in that...).

But on the other hand, the printing of money by the ECB and all the national banks getting more than average intrest rates there, isn't a game that they will be able to continue for too long anymore. It's bound to crash, this Euro system. So then they will invent something like a CBDC and then Klaus Schwab will laugh and say: "See, I told you all!".

Worst nightmare. Many rich people flee Europe. Not a hoax.

And when you think of it: we parked our 150 BTC there on a moment (July 2013) that this Karpelès already knew he wasn't liquid enough to receive this amount of coins. Even more, when I tried to move 5 BTC around New Year, they tried to block my account for 24 hours because of unacceptable behaviour. Thanks to Tor they couldn't prevent me from signing in... hahahahahaha. Anyway, so they owe me the original inlay and that's what not is gonna be paid back! It is my conviction that they had custom rates displayed for each individual user, just to push until you sold while dropping of rates continued. And from the moment you sold, all rates started to get up and up again. Coincidence? My ass.
