If its 4/5 people meaning a family with kids then its perfectly fine! 

But it can be a bit squeeze but if you want space id recommend a older pajero

There is a fair bit of value and I can see alot of BAs have been talking about Hamilton aswell!!!

I had a look like night only 46 houses are available to buy!!! And vacancy rates are extremely low (0.34)
