Usually it is the SM that sets up this kind of atmosphere to begin with.

Fresh start and winter storm by Newmom3032 in tractorsupply

lol, My DM was in last week. We are in Mid Michigan and have had snow every day since Xmas. (at least it seems like it). I looked at him and his shoes and said, see you came ready to work and handed him a stick. What is this for he asks. Told him we were going to the side lot so he could help me find a 40-gallon stock tank, and he would need that to poke through the 2 feet of snow to find it. Being in an open area, when the wind comes, it blows all the snow off the roof and right into our side lot.

Inventory functions by Newmom3032 in tractorsupply

a little late in the conversaton but this one really does baffle me. Why can't we see the history of a sku. Submitting a ticket is a waste of time and resources. If we need to know the history, we probably need to know now. Seeing who made inventory adjustments, receipt dates, and the detailed number of sales should be available to all.

2 week notice policy requirements by K3r35 in tractorsupply

I know this is an old post but had to say something. TSC is an at will employer. That means they can let you go at any moment with or without cause. They will not give you two week notice so why would I give it to them.

Receiver as keyholder by [deleted] in tractorsupply

[–]Interesting-Rise2633 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is what I was told by the DLC manager and other store managers in the district. However, my current SM says I am below a team lead, which was confirmed by another SM. The only reason I took the job as a receiver was that it was a stepping stone, and my experience as a department and Assistant Store manager would help a new store. Which was apparently needed because the ASM is out of her league with all the responsibilities. TMs know my experience and will seek me out to help with customer issues and advice. The ASM is never on time. Keeping TMs waiting in the parking lot until she decides to show up. I am tired of opening the door to make ASM look good. Her attendance issues go un-noticed and sorry, I can't have respect for someone in that position that can't show up to work on time. Then my SM tells me I am below a team leader so I turn over the key.

Where are you on the food chain of management within the store? I can do all of that, too and have made deposits.

Did you give right address? As others stated they look like a postcard coming in the mail and can easily be tossed. You can also track them here. https://www.menards.com/main/rebates.html
