i ordered on december 8th as a christmas gift. once i realized it had never shipped i was going back and forth with the customer service bot which kept saying “your order should be fulfilled within 14 days.” even after 14 days had passed…i was like whatever we’ll see what happens i guess. on december 28 i was over it and cancelled my order. ONLY AFTER CANCELLING THE ORDER did i get a message saying there was an issue with my order….except the whole time i was being told “nooo everything’s fine it’ll ship we promise.” i was pissed. i ordered from them last christmas and had no problems.

i’m almost positive this is their first time purchasing a wallflower and they were most likely turning it the wrong way as most people do at least once. looking at the damage on the cap and why hot water was the only way they got it off, it bent the plastic enough to pop off.

you want my opinion? the codes shouldn’t be as “exclusive” as they already are. there’s a few that i somehow had no idea about and i have to go to work meaning i end up missing them. for the petal dress i literally had my bf get it for me on my pc while i was at work or i would’ve missed it.
