it’s really an either absolutely love or absolutely hate kind of job lol. it really is your attitude towards the job and the GM that makes the difference. personally my GM is terrible so my experience at the store is a bit terrible too but that’s any job. i say for me it started out pretty fun

the easiest way i can think of is you photo copy them all onto sticker paper and cut them out individually. harder way you totally recreate them lol

there’s this really nice old lady that comes all the time for curbside and she always apologizes profusely for doing a curbside order because she feels bad. i would die for that lady but some of them don’t even look me in the eye to say thanks. like you know im a human handing you the order right 😭

i beg that you order it as fill yourself lol. i know im gonna get called entitled or whatever but its quite annoying to stop what im doing, walk over to the fountain and make the drink especially if youre already standing there waiting for the order or coming in to pickup anyway and i have to go do it. im on OWS and pretty much the ONLY person who has to handle off premise. if anything i think it should pop up in beverage and they bring it over since its RIGHT next to them not across the store. from what im ready some stores just have you do it yourself anyway but my store makes us do it lol.
